4. Event Ticket QR Codes

Customers will be emailed a QR Code.

The QR code emailed to customers can be used to check-in for each ticket. Under each event, you can see all sales of tickets for that event.

Use your camera to scan the QR code to check-in

  1. On the sidebar navigation, look for Events.
  2. Click on “Tickets sold” in the top right, and then on Check tickets.
  3. When you are ready to start scanning tickets on a mobile phone or tablet, click on Let’s start 📷 which will then allow you to scan a QR code on the customers phone screen or print-out.
  4. ORDR will automatically check the QR code, and provide you information about the ticket such as if it has already been used, and who the ticket was purchased by.
