3. Selling your tickets

Tickets need to be added to a menu to be sold.

To ensure you, your staff and your customers are familiar with Events, we have made sure Event Tickets can be sold in the same way as any other menu you have online.

Notice: You are able to add Event Tickets from any Event, to any Menu. However, we recommend you link one Event to one Menu for easier visibility.

Adding event tickets to a menu

  1. On the sidebar navigation, look for Menu builder.
  2. Click on Create new menu. Name your menu, we recommend using the name of your event such as Spring Party 26 April. Ensure you select the toggle “Event tickets”, otherwise you will not be able to add Event Tickets.
  3. Click on Add a section. Name your section something appropriate but there are various sections for Event Menus because you may wish to sell different types of tickets such as “Silver”, and then “Silver with cocktail”.
  4. When you have finished adding the different Event Tickets, you can go back to the list of menus by clicking Back to menus. You can then get the URL of the menu by clicking the Options button on the far right of the table.
