Resetting your ORDR password

Forgot your password? Find out how to reset it and regain access to your ORDR account.

If you’ve forgotten your ORDR password, don’t worry! The ORDR system provides a straightforward process for resetting it so you can regain access to your account. In this guide, we’ll walk you through this process step-by-step.

Accessing the Reset Password page

To begin the password reset process:

  1. Navigate to the ORDR login page.
  2. Click on the Forgot your password? link located just below the Sign in button.

Entering you email address

Once you’ve reached the “Reset Password” page:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account in the provided Email field.
  2. After ensuring your email is correctly entered, click the Continue button.
Note: for security reasons, the system will not confirm whether or not the email address you entered is associated with an ORDR account. If you’re unsure of the email address associated with your account, please contact your restaurant manager.

Check your email

Upon submitting your email:

  1. Check the inbox of the email address associated with your ORDR account for a password reset email from ORDR.
  2. Open this email and click on the password reset link contained within it. This link will redirect you to a secure page on the ORDR website where you can set a new password.

Setting the new password

On the password reset page:

  1. Enter your new password in the New password field. Remember, it’s best to create a strong password that includes a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
  2. After you’ve confirmed your new password, click the Confirm button to finalize the process.
  3. You will be redirected to the ORDR login page. You can now log in to your ORDR account using your new password.
